> combat is a means to an end
If you are fighting enemies for most of the game, then it is not really a means to an end.
In skyrim i would say that the combat is a good 40 to 50 percent of the game.
>make choices based on your character's skills
You can't do that in skyrim.
>light immersive sim elements, physics based everything
I disagree with this, the only physics in skyrim are the individual objects that can be picked up or thrown around
There is no other physics.
For example, i can't boil water by using a fire spell.
>Open world
Not a unique thing, plus the world is very bland
>NPC schedules
This is the only unique thing skyrim has, apart from the first person perspective
Ultimately the reason why people like skyrim is because they have low standards. Its not as though normalfags have played a large amount of rpgs or something, including those that call this game a masterpiece. For many this was basically their first AAA rpg
