Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro but more grounded and written like a whodunnit. The supernatural detective has a handful of tools that help at investigation, like a method to tell how many people were in a room at given time. But nothing that trivializes the mystery like truth serum or clairvoyance. Also the detective is girl with huge tits.

There's no huge overlap with Historie since it entered its hiatus right after Alexander's dad died, and the focus isn't on Alexander for most of the story. His other work on Nero is sligthly better since 2 volumes gives more room to breathe. I haven't read the one on Jesus yet.
