yeah, I'm pretty sure it's physically impossible to open your mouth wide enough for that, much less to stretch your esophagus wide enough.
In order to pull such a feat off, one would neat to be a genetic fucking freak like Tarrare was, AND rigorously train their body, AND be big enough in size inherently, AND find something small enough.
Basically you'd need to be able to swallow a large fish the size of your forearm, and then not get your intestines ruptured by the sharp bones of said fish as it passes through you, in order to even attempt such a thing, and even then it's dubious.
For context, Tarrare was a basically ALL stomach, biologically speaking. When he died and they did an autopsy on him they found that his stomach took up almost half of the space in his abdomen, and was pushing the rest of his organs out, and into each other, much to their detriment.
His throat and mouth were so wide you could reportedly SEE INTO his stomach with your NAKED EYE if he opened his mouth and looked up
Also I'm pretty sure that if you even ATTEMPTED to swallow something that large ignoring that you'd probably tear your esophagus, and/or break your jaw, you'd also probably CHOKE TO DEATH, as your esophagus and it's contents would be stretched so far that it'd literally block your airway. Nevermind breathing through your mouth, you wouldn't be able to breath PERIOD.
