doing squats is a pain though... I am too weak to do proper squats with weights.
I usually have almost same routine each day... but I have habit of skippin'...
So, I do bench press til fail, then use dips for triceps, shouler raises with barbell, i wanted to get myself also a pull up bar as well, but i forgot already. prices are skyrocketing here in rus...
for back, noramlly i would do deadlifts but not so often, for biceps all raises barbell rows as well as the one specified back exercise. I repeat all of them after bench press usually.
the discs are all 25s... i know its kind of stupid to get heaviest discs only.. it was pain getting them to apartment too.
