still need to play 2, but I enjoyed 1. felt like you got the best gear a bit early, but I did play a bit sweaty. will probably still wait a few months for patches to come out and DLC to be made.

>>1165467 understandable choice tbh but unlike the first game, it actually runs really well + with very few bugs, which surprised me since it's a modern vidya. though it'll only get better over time and it's a long game so, no rush regarding the gear, it's a mixed bag in progression still, but it does have a few features that stop it being so easy to get amazing gear, mostly because there are two maps - the first map doesn't have any top of the line gear, and that first map is about 2/3rds the size of kcd1 probably so unless you rush the story, you'll be with weak plate+brigandine at best for a long time, but the game is still easier than the first because henry doesn't start as an absolute peasant. so maybe you can get a mod to make it harder if that's an issue you have
