The police have identified the young people who were listening to Russian music in the capital's Podil yesterday. This was reported by the Kiev police press service on Monday, April 14. While monitoring social networks, the police found a video in which a group of young men loudly turned on music by Russian performers on the street. Law enforcement officers identified all the violators - two 17-year-old local residents, as well as a 20-year-old resident of the Kiev region. They explain their behavior by the fact that they were intoxicated, as the day before they had consumed alcoholic beverages that their older friend had bought. The police drew up administrative documents against the violators. The parents of the young men were also held accountable for failure to fulfill their responsibilities in raising their children.
