Yeah I've played around with sigils took me a while to find a process that I felt was effective before I got any sort of result though When I was starting out I did some reading and tried to find as many processes as I could from how others performed theirs and took little tid bits here and there. The standard intent writing and removal of vowels and what not was where I started out like many. I would charge them with dance, chant and music rituals to transfer energy to them but not before creating a circle to surround my room for protection in case of unwanted guests This process did yield some temporary results so I dug deeper into myself for one who's affects I still feel after forging 2 months later I started out with a phrase, breaking down till it was just a single word. Then I translated the text to Hebrew and used the number of letters from my language and the number on the Hebrew to craft an alphabetical diagram to craft the lines. When I got somewhere I basically dug into psychological decoration and gave it various external patterns with meanings specific to me and even tied minor other sigils I had made in the past. As I spent weeks crafting I always made sure to clean myself and play music and sounds which would remove any intrusive feelings and thoughts from what I wanted for it. Think what you will about this technique as I am of the mind these things change on how you do it and the more we learn. Once the design was crafted I hadn't created my circle around it yet as that was going to be my final step in the process. Before I started to complete it and felt I had it memorised internally after a break I came back to gather all my notes/refrences from the process and various images that helped inspire it and sought into my garden and gave thanks to the items in leading me where I needed to go and burned them all. That night I performed a ceremony of cleaning, redraw a circle across my room and drew the sigil and gave it its circle making sure to recite my intention and giving thanks for the experience I went under. Once it was all done after an intense dance ceremony and I felt I had given enough I simply did the usual and lit it aflame. Since then I've felt massively rejuvenated mentally and my quality of life got so much better even to the point where friends and family have taken note of improvement, saying I'm much happier. My friends who are much more down the line in magick tell me the effectiveness is stellar and could be felt in the atmosphere of the room from when they last saw me.

>>790 Oh sure, sure. I didn't necessarily do the literature, but for the past five or six years I've been focusing on healing from a lot of childhood trauma that really affected my quality of life. And after finally seeing a proper trauma specialist, that's culminated in showing more mindfulness whenever that trauma crops back up. I'm more reliably able to consciously recognize triggers in the moment, and process the situation so it doesn't stay a present threat and make future triggers compound. So since all of our behaviors develop from our accumulated life experience, processing those repressed parts of ourselves and gaining that level of understanding makes integrating them that much easier. Just like, asking yourself questions like what those parts even are, why we keep them repressed, when we could have started repressing them, if we see those parts in other people, the negative and positive aspects, etc. And of course, there's no use beating yourself up if you're ashamed of your shadow; self harm's stupid when you're always around the person you're hurting.

It's an interesting theory. I do wonder how necessary it is. The vast majority of internet users are normalfaggots on phones, who interact with social media, and nothing else. It stands to reason then that the vast majority of content would be manufactured or paid for by megacorp backers and spooks. No surprise it's sterile.
