The end-of-arc payoffs are usually pretty good but that also basically means only one interesting chapter every ten. It may be overrated but it's certainly not a *bad* manga.

I realize that sounds like a dumb thing to complain about when One Piece arcs can take two years to resolve, but it really does feel like Nishi does a lot of padding.
