Man, playthroughs of the main palworld game feel eactly the same as it was on the early "release". Except for a single difference with meteorite drop and slightly different pals caught. Whole game is about your silly little base and leveling for it.

If you like building I think there's some novelty in choosing different/unusual spots for your bases, assuming you're limited to a few in world settings.

Or the only option is they keep the playable character a secret until the romance scene and then they pull some ahah the player was x or y or z pal all along. man. finally unlocked the mass egg incubator...that thing is actually more of a boon than i thought. the UI that shows all the hatched pals could be improved though. enough screen space to show passives, IVs (if ability glasses were got) and other stats, but at the moment you have to hover over each pal then hit F to expand details
