I nominate TKL-Comics, they have put out some of the consistently best stuff I've seen in the last 12 months and they average at least one pic a week; when they first started posting on DA, it was almost daily.

You’re now limiting the requirement to be “you must draw for us” rather than having it be “what we admire about your art”. If you want to celebrate tickle artists, it should be about what they bring to the community, not because they followed a prompt.
