How to permanently make changes to html on website

Hello Engineers, here with yet another engineering puzzle. I want to change the html of a webpage in a website, but I want this change to be permanent hence I need to make the change to the server of the website, however I don't have access to this server, is there a way to make this change to the server without the access and if not is there a work around, I need the change to persist on any computer so simple browser based plugins wont work.
