Unironic geolibertarian here. I don't really browse this board that much cause everyone here is an ancap. It's not wrong for them to think this way, and I do get where they're coming from, but I do wish that a board called /liberty/ and not /ancap/ was a bit more diverse in it's topic of libertarianism.
Anyways, I'm not an anarchist, and I support georgism. I support having a minarchist government (small government whom's entire purpose is to ONLY provide police court and military, nothing more, nothing less!), and in order to fund this small government, we have a SINGLE tax, the land value tax!
Georgism just makes sense to me. You can own and sell products as they're created with labor, but since land wasn't made by anyone, why should anyone be able to own it? The land value tax is the most "fair" taxation, and it's the one I think less people will have a problem with. It certainly beats the income tax!
