I know this post is old, but you can make money doing the opposite thing. Be the buyer. Profit off of the desperation of people selling useless ancient garbage from the Ukraine. Don't lowball or ask for less unless the one selling it is doing so for more than market price. If you see an eBay listing for these things that has "Make An Offer," check the seller's country and hope for Ukraine but don't feel discouraged if it's Moldova or Poland or Belarus. You can always lowball them by up to five percent. You can then turn around and sell these goods a few days later elsewhere or on the same site for slightly less than market price. Don't say where or when you got it in the title or description. Rely on historical locations and facts about the item. You have to separate it from the Ukraine. When asked where you got it or where it's from, tell the interested buyer that you got it from a seller around a river, forest, or mountain range where it was found without mentioning it's from the Ukraine. If they ask if you got it from the Ukraine, be upfront and say you did but nothing else.
