Hello. If you were to attach a 20mm Hispano cannon to a Cessna 172, where would you personally attach it to and what direction? I’d probably attach it below the pilots seat just forward of the CG and have it facing backwards so the plane wouldn’t fall out of the sky.

>>12686 Yea it’s a spitfire cannon. But the spitfire amongst the peak of pre jet Ww2 aviation design. The problem here is we have a trainer aircraft that can just barely take off with four people in it on a hot summer day. And I can’t imagine what would happen if you were to fire the damn thing facing forward, the plane might go in reverse.
