Who knows. They make a fair free market argument. Still, if content rating is a reason to sage your own game and not give the content that was advertised then maybe port it to steam instead.
Final thought, I picked up DOAX2 before deploying to Afghanistan for over a year. Not saying I wouldn't have survived without it, but I am saying it made surviving a little more worthwhile.
