I don't think so. The monetization aspect (banners and gem income) is important and planned months in advance. They probably know the exact banners and gem income for the next 6 months as that's what they'll make their estimations from.
What I do think they've changed last minute are the duration of events and banners, which have now increased, along with the increase in event currency, the lowering of event shop costs and the increase in orbs. They probably planned on making the enhancement of magic levels past 110 a slow grind meant for your favorites but realized it created frustration instead of satisfaction from progress, so they decided to change it and score points with the playerbase that was complaining about it. It's likely the case for enhancement in general with how many enhancement missions they've been introducing and how little enhancement mats are given from the event shops, story quests and the box.
I think that for now their team is focused on making changes based on feedback, fixing bugs and preparing for the steam release. Everything we'll see for the next few months was prepared and planned well in advance, in the case of Scene 0 or magireco arc 1 they're already in the current game files.
I firmly believe we'll start seeing changes in direction, be it in resources, gem income, schedule or quality of life, around the half-anniversary mark, once they'll have more data, will have made their money back and are gonna attempt to keep the players who've remained.
