As for recent ~2 months, I have lost just 3 kg, but I kept it so and think I at last figured out what I should do to lose more fat

Sounds pretty obvious yet I tend to fail at one of those points (partially because I live with parents, so mom's cooking and stuff) which causes my weightloss to stall, but it still worked better than fad diets I tried besides outright starving myself and hopping coworkers don't try to feed me at work due to no lunch, haha.
I need to buckle up and focus on that, summer is around th corner and I can see some outer lines of abs if I squint, so maybe I'm close.
Fun fact: white rice didn't help with satiety even mixed with lentils, I need to go for brown rice and similar stuff.
