I remembered Sonic Rush today, had some fun emulating it This game was actually one of my first exposures to Sonic as a kid, and holy shit no wonder he left such an impression on me. Everything about him and this game is just slick as fuck. It's just so fast and the OST is absolutely killer. The presentation is neat as well, from the game UI itself to the badass Uekawa cover art. I figure classicalfags probably loathe this game for starting boost gameplay, but I still think it's a lot of fun just blasting through the stages, and it still takes some effort to get good times/an S rank. Blaze is so cool as well, a secondary character that doesn't feel 'secondary', worthy to stand beside Sonic. It's a real shame what she is reduced to nowadays... Is it just me or has Sonic lost a lot of his 'cool' factor? I don't just mean the character, but the games too. Has all the coolness been taken by Shadow? I know I have nostalgia bias, but I can help but feel this way Also I never played Rush Adventure, might try it after this. Anyone here recommend it?
