Now, if you start all the way from the very beginning, you're going to have a lot of shit to work through in the middle in what's known as the Dark Ages of the comic, but seeing what Ian manages to make out of the shit heap that the series had been before is part of what makes his run as good as it is, and you'll have to do some reading to find out who's who/what in some cases if you start from his run. As for starting from #252, you COULD feasibly do that, especially since it starts out in a continuity that's far more steeped in the game continuity, but then you run into issues with not having much reason to care about the returning non-game cast, so make of it what you will. I don't have it on hand n this system, but I'm sure someone can post the reading order and quality infographics in this thread.
