What are you reading /b/ros? Pic related. It's this month's IRL book club book. Haven't gotten to the part with Mark Zuckerberg that had him sweating bullets. But so far really enjoying it and would recommend it to anyone wanting to try and make sense of our new techbro billionaire overlords.
>>479417 haven't picked up a book in ages. i keep browsing for interesting books though, just need to get off my ass and hit the library
>>479417 Started reading Anna Karenina. I've read Tolstoy's books before, but so far, it's pretty fucking boring.
>>479417 Necropolis by Dan Abnett. Its 40k pulp stuff. Lotta fun.
>>479427 would you recommend reading Tolstoy? never really got interested in reading his works
>>479425 What's caught your eye so far anon? >>479427 >Anna Karenina Never heard of it. What do think about it so far? >>479437 >40k Oh nice have you read through 30k Horus Hersey?
>>479417 Get the fuck out with that ugly dyke
>>479442 Absolutely. But be prepared for the fucked pacing, huge internal monologues and overtly long descriptions. Despite that, his books are deservedly deemed one of the best in literature. Do yourself a favor and read The Death of Ivan Ilyich, and if you liked it, then go read War & Peace. >>479450 >Never heard of it. What do think about it so far? I am only at the beginning, but as of now, it looks like a typical Tolstoy work. The characters are intriguing and I am interested how the story is going to go.
>>479450 Yeah I finished all the 30k stuff, technically that just wrapped up last year with the end and the death vol 3 also by dan abnett
