There really isn't much there and the added powder didn't do its job of preventing a boil over. The mac and cheese had a metallic tang to it almost vinegar or chemical like. Eating it was soft and filling. Almost too soft. I normally eat beef, chicken, lamb, fish, scallops and shrimp etc and it was a nice reminder of how heavy people live who still eat high carb foods like this. 5/10
