what accent do you read posts in? Anonymous 04/17/2025 (Thu) 20:35:08 No. 478572
for me it's a pretty generic american accent that leans slightly californian
I read them in the voice of a very autistic child.
>>478572 Nice glasses four-eyes. *slaps book out of your hands* Who bought that blue shirt for you, your mommy? *rapes you* Aww, you gonna cry?

>>478588 Why are you raping frogs? You're gonna turn them gay, that's so fucked up.
I read it in my own accent, unless the post is accompanied by a picture of Xavier renegade angel, in which case I used his accent.

>>478572 For most posts, it's the voice of a 16 year old boy with a generic american accent. Why? Because that's my age when I discovered 4chan so I read posts in a voice similar to mine, and it stuck to this day. The exceptions are when anon's image is someone I know the voice of. So if the post uses, say, Twilight Sparkle as the image, I'm reading it in her voice.
>>478572 Me realizing that all my life the voice I read with isn't a voice at all...I just read the text in a voice that is not distinguishable and I can't describe it or "hear" it at all. Total mindfuck.
