Does anyone here know how to get help with zooville account issues? A month-ish ago I couln’t see half the forums anymore, and the forum told me I needed to validate my email. Said email was lost, so I updated to a new one. The email never showed up, I tried "resend" at various days/times. Then I used the "contact us" form to explain my trouble, to no avail. Later on, I tried creating a second account, hoping I could find a way to fix the issue with it… of course now it says I’m "banned for having multiple accounts". /facepalm Is there no contact point or admin email to help resolve these issues?
