There was a game I played a couple of years ago based around the concept of a furry nightclub. Problem I have with games like that one and Degrees of Lewdness as already mentioned in this thread is that you're dealing with an indy developer's fetishes. Like, in Degrees of Lewdness, the guy clearly has a foot fetish because there's always the option to use your feet on genitalia whenever you are having sex. And in that furry nightclub game, I think the only character I was able to have sex with was my bird half-brother. I mean, I'm playing these games because I want to indulge in my fantasies. I don't know if this would count since they're fantasy creatures, but the Palworld community on loverslab have turned the game into a fantasy sex simulator on a scale that I don't think I've seen in any other game, Skyrim included. There's mods to make anything anthropomorphic and stereotypically "sexy", but there are also mods to give the Pals feral genitalia, animations for literally any orientation combination (including threesomes,) fetish shit (even vore,) it is genuinely impressive the shit people have gotten up to with it.
