Well game design related to challenges will be the next endangered species. And it may crash games. Games make shitty movies. Even with invincibility mode you still have to guide your character through the world and even the shortest games have a "runtime" longer than all but the longest movies. And movies are cheaper than games too, even newly released movies. So unless, in addition to an invincibility mode, they also add a hands free mode AND make games4/5 shorter AND make no more than 20 dollars at release then fuck it I'll just watch movies instead of "playing" a lobotomized game. Maybe all this inflation will join up with the shit decisions all across the entertainment industries and crush them all.
