I highly doubt that. Given the Green Agenda going on today and seeing all the regulation that exists in here the U.S. that prevents domestic manufacturing, I think those deposits are perfectly capable of being reached and mined but never are because the elites don't want countries to be self-sufficient. They want to keep people poor, miserable, and dependent upon them and actually using the resources
that are available where you fucking live destroys your ability to do that.
Not to mention that technology has increased in efficiency and ability so much over the past two decides, ironically to please the Environmentalists, to the point that we may not run out of resources for the next couple centuries (If you're actually allowed to mine/drill it).
