Angsty Shadamy is next level kino. Shadamy is about Shadow rediscovering love and managing to trust someone enough to let them be close to him (well all Shadow ships that take themselves seriously are kek). But where this one shines is that it applies fluff on the edge. a candy scented bandaid over a cracked nuclear reactor. Shadow, who learned how to trust again and how to love again got to experience what he had lost. That what he was not aware that he had nor what it meant. for how inexperienced and how unaware he was at the time. for he was still new. If his savior was to be in danger, he will do all that it takes to prevent a second tragedy that befalls him and his shipmate. a second tragedy that crushes his spirit for good. Him who does whatever it takes to achieve his goals. What roads is he willing to take to protect his new love? and what happens if he fails somehow? Such scenarios are about immediate dangers. but what about the fact that he is immortal and that he will outlive everyone else. how would he cope?
