I was under the impression that there was, and I even remember hearing somewhere that VAs have to sign papers stating that they can't use the voice of their characters outside of official productions because the characters belong to companies and the voice is part of the character, or something to that extent. But I've never been able to find where I've heard that mentioned and some other things I've seen contradict this so I don't even know anymore.
I also remember Aaron trying hard to not talk about specific fangames on the streams but after that he went and did the BBFA3 thing so again I have no idea. Seems every rule has its exceptions.
