Just as an FYI, your board being SFW or NSFW is a toggle that the admins have to set for you. What you guys did is de-index your board, which makes it invisible to the whole site. Basically anons can't see you or find you in the public lists so you won't get any new people joining. You might be better served re-indexing it and just having the admins set it to NSFW.

They don't have that high of a PPH, but they constantly remain in the top boards, so there are about 10- 20 people who keep it alive. You could try to converse with the BO from /2434/ to see how they managed to consolidate, as they probably have the same backstory as you guys have.
