>>48081 Same to you, brother, and I intend to. Really wasn't expecting what was essentially still 3 threads worth of posts tonight, considering what's happened. And all of it harmless shitposting, to boot. >>48085 Tell me about it, that was nuts. Couldn't post for a decent while and was just thinking oh well, maybe it'll be better in the morning. Didn't realize the entire place had gotten fucked until I saw it was trending the next day. What a tweest.
>You were just trying to kill yourself, weren'cha?

I don't know if we'll be back to normal by next weekend but this is a pretty comfortable space, there's more accomodation and hell it's also nice to not have to solve insane captchas a hundred times a night (which by the way were found to intentionally set to fail sometimes just to avoid bots, which sure as hell didn't stop them, which is infuriating to see all the normal people be affected but the bad ones get worse and worse. I guess that's true for practically everything in life.) But anyway this was a nice night, a lot more active than expected. I'm glad we finally got the transgender character in Lazarus out of the way so the constant worry about what bullshit could happen is gone. It wasn't even a mystery, as soon as they appeared you could tell which is hilarious considering people thought it'd be more obfuscated and snuck into the main cast. Blue Exorcist continues to be weird about doing its own backstory but it's at least interesting to watch. I guess they couldn't figure out a way to introduce a non-intrusive story into the rest of the season. I'll have to check out the manga sometime, it'd be nice to see the creator's direct vision even if the anime is supposed to get back on track later. I wouldn't mind seeing more cute art of Shiemi either, but I'll wait awhile to see whatever may air on Toonami first. Thanks Frank for hosting us, you seem like a chill guy. It was a pleasure making your acquaintance. Goodnight everyone, take care.
>54 posters in the first thread >33 in this thread We didn't lose as many people after CSE as I thought we would.
>>48098 Curious to see what'll change since I read how the moderation apparently got doxxed, not sure if that ever happened before. I know 4chan has been blown up a few times in the past since there are plenty of places and groups that hate the old gal more than anybody else, though I guess things won't change too much beyond maybe some looser moderation early for a few weeks
>>48102 sleep well hinatafriend
>>48104 It is kind of fun having poster counts again. While it was clear we had a decent number of people after 4chan got rid of it, I know it did make things feel a bit hollow since it wasn't as clear exactly how many people were sticking around for the generals
Damn, 2012 sure was a time... >or any kind of sexy ghost Was that a reference to anything specific?
>>48097 >>48101 Aw damn, I love that episode. >>48102 Have a good sleep, Hinata lover. It was damn comfy, weren't it? >>48105 Don't know what the hell those idiots were thinking, using their real names for this kind of thing. It really made me laugh just how many people in other areas of the internet were going all THE HORRIBLE WEBSITE IS FINALLY DEAD! As if places like twitter and reddit aren't a hundred times worse by comparison, they're just stuck in this antiquated notion of the online boogeyman. But hey, it was worth a laugh. The real question is what might change on the website since they have to actually do real work for once.

>>48110 Yea, not smart. It's one thing if we were talking the pass purchase since I think you did have to enter official information when registering for that. But an online job as a literal internet jannie? Pretty much asking for trouble giving out key info. >twitter and reddit I know what you mean. 4chan might not be a beacon of light and hope, but at least the place isn't self-righteous like twitter/bluesky, reddit, facebook, or retardera. It's even funnier when they act like only 4chan has caused serious harm, when twitter has literally instigated a number of doxxing and swatting attempts for nibbas committing the taboo of wrongthink
>>48076 >AC/DC pretty based I hope you have an awesome time with it friend!
(1.37 MB 2560x1440 Futurama.png)

What a conspicuously attractive character just to exist in a single scene for a few seconds with no lines.
nice board and all but tonight felt like a ruined orgasm >>48113 there was also one tonight on one piece who had a white/pink polka dot dress
>>48110 >It really made me laugh just how many people in other areas of the internet were going all THE HORRIBLE WEBSITE IS FINALLY DEAD! As if places like twitter and reddit aren't a hundred times worse by comparison Have to admit that rankled me a bit. You think I'd be used to the hypocrisy by now, but it never ceases to amaze me how sites that claim to be progressive can be so stuck in the past, especially when their guilty of the same issues in the present.
>>48111 Maybe they got the job literal years ago and thought it wouldn't come up. Or maybe they're just morons. >It's even funnier when they act like only 4chan has caused serious harm, when twitter has literally instigated a number of doxxing and swatting attempts for nibbas committing the taboo of wrongthink I still go there specifically because it's one of the last bastions of anonymity and old school posting on the internet. Or the web, as people used to say. No one could ever consider it a place where saints gather but holy shit, the things people in other places say. Remember how we used to believe in GIFT? Turns out it's a load of bullshit, people are way worse when all their info is readily available. Seeing the horrid things people say and actually do elsewhere while still claiming to be good people is equal parts hilarious and horrifying. Fuck them and fuck them hard. >>48112 I love this Robin, have a higher quality version. >nude version is finally out in a pack >pack also has nude Shinobu and nude Hex Maniac Oh my god.
>>48116 thanks! >nude version is finally out in a pack >pack also has nude Shinobu and nude Hex Maniac damn that sounds awesome! I love hex maniac alot
>>48116 I can get some cheering for the downfall, but you'd think world peace had been achieved because our shithole got wiped out, lol. Just goes to show how obsessed the other places are if they're acting like 4chan getting kicked in the balls and limping along for the better part of a week is some massive "Win" for anybody

>>48115 >>48118 The creation of online echo chambers and isolating yourself in them has been a terrible thing to happen to normalfags, alongside the typical problem of holding into old ideas without update your outlook on certain things. What was particularly funny was some of them going "but now all the terrible 4channers will come here!" They can keep their sacred site, I have no interest. >>48117 It's the adult Hex Maniac from Z-A Legends, actually. And my mistake, I didn't post the largest version of the image. Here you go.
>>48119 cheers! >It's the adult Hex Maniac from Z-A Legends, actually. that's still good! she is very sexy
toonami stinky megumi stinky nezuko stinky i stinky good night
>>48116 >>48118 People really need to work on their priorities.
>>48119 No kidding. twitter became a little better once Musk took over and they had to place nicely with the right and left crowds. But then you get places like shrekkit and retardera that spend more time banning the most benign shit because of some little detail that is "problematic"
Just wanted to say I love Toonami, I love Ami and I love you all! It was such a nice thread this time around and thank you Frank the board owner for being so nice. I appreciate you all! Thank you and goodnight to everyone! <3
>>48125 goodnight!
so next week is the music video week after that is the last episode of BE and CSE and may 10th is the announcement of new shows?
>>48123 If they could do that, some places would be way less shit. >>48124 I dunno, seems to me like that place gets worse and worse by the year. But that may just be indicative of the site overall. Does resetera even still exist? Shit, people used to go there all the damn time to find things to laugh at but it's been a while. No wait, scratch that. I think I remember people there going to bat for Concord. What a fun few weeks that was. >>48125 Night, dude.
>>48116 Remember how we used to believe in GIFT? Turns out it's a load of bullshit, people are way worse when all their info is readily available It turns out that while anonymity removes any downside to being a shithead, it also removes much of the benefit. If a person has an identity, it's possible to gain clout. And as we've seen in the past decade, people will go to very great lengths for clout.
(27.94 KB 640x480 IMG_4299.jpg)

Alright, it's time for me to sleep again and hope that things are at least a bit better when I wake up. This was definitely an experience, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I might be able to get used to it if it continues to be necessary, but unless everyone else decides to stay here, I'll probably go back to 4chan once it's working again. And I'd also like for other things not related to Toonami to improve, but I'll spare you all the details. And for this week's installment of my gimmick of posting a song before I leave, I decided to go with something I rediscovered as a result of the song I would've posted this week if we were on 4chan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZMTFFHKMvw
>>48110 >people in other areas of the internet were going all THE HORRIBLE WEBSITE IS FINALLY DEAD What gets me about this isn't that people still think of 4chan as the exploding van website, but that people instantly assumed this would kill it for good. It really speaks to the fact that zoomers have only ever known an Internet made up of the top 5 or so FAGMAN megacorporation websites. Those services practically never have any downtime. They weren't around for the phase of the Internet where every website was run by a small group or even a single person and a site could be offline for days just because the admin forgot to pay his bills, much less anything actually serious. They hear "hacked" and "offline" and they think that's it, website's gone. In reality this isn't the first time 4chan has had multiple days of downtime and it isn't even the first time 4chan has been hacked. Not to mention the fact that it's an imageboard, so there's barely anything to destroy from a mechanical standpoint. 4chan is almost entirely a domain name and a userbase.
I thought it was pretty funny seeing that multiple other people had also bookmarked that iro2 backup Toonami General board that was posted in the thread years ago, only to find out that iro2 itself had died some time ago.
>>48131 Night, man. Nice track. >>48130 Morons have died trying to get clout. There's plenty of things worth dying for, but it's beyond my understanding what people online are willing to risk. They literally gamble with their own lives for likes. Not money, not real fame, not friends or family or a shot at a better life. People get themselves killed just because others online might look at them a bit longer. Utter madness. >>48133 Modern internet has great conveniences but so much of what made the past wonderful has been all but destroyed in the name of progress. They just don't know how things used to be. Zoomers or gen x or whatever label you want to use, there's no patience there and no understanding. I'm not leaving that place until it actually is truly well and buried, and lord knows how far off in the future that is. I know I mocked certain people earlier about clinging to old ways and outlooks, but certain things are worth protecting in my eyes.
>>48127 May 10th would be when the shows need to go on air. Schedule update will be next Friday
>>48110 >>48119 >What was particularly funny was some of them going "but now all the terrible 4channers will come here!" Tell me about it! To say nothing of the amount of 4channers that were already there. To paraphrase an old Star Trek quote, it's far easier for 4channers to blend it with Xwitter users than it is for Xwitter users to blend in with 4channers. May sound a little conceited, but it's true. >>48133 >>48137 >Modern internet has great conveniences but so much of what made the past wonderful has been all but destroyed in the name of progress. >I know I mocked certain people earlier about clinging to old ways and outlooks, but certain things are worth protecting in my eyes. Also very true, and I share the sentiment. Between this incident and that Homestar Runner anniversary cartoon, it's made me realize how much the internet has been split between generational lines. I'm starting to realize if people who lived through the wild west into the industrial revolution felt this way.
