Hello, I am a visitor from a distant realm. I come to these lands to deliver a profound truth: "Sexual Orientation" is an illusion, the proverbial shackles around the wrists of your sexual awakening. The sooner you realize that most people are bisexual and therefore physically capable of having sexual relations with people from either gender, the sooner you will also realize that you can exercise some degree of influence over who you would like to be with whom you would like to engage in coitus. Even if you feel distressed at the notion that you may be afflicted with an affinity for those to whom you'd rather not be attracted, you may still manage those feelings by exerting control over yourself and practicing deliberate celibacy. Many of your imageboard brethren are themselves the unwilling subject of celibacy's noble ambition, and yet they manage to continue to exist just as well, though perhaps not as fulfilled as though they imagine themselves to be. You can do the same, albeit willingly, because sexual behavior is always a choice.
Sexual behavior is always a choice. As long as you recognize that, then you only have yourself and your basal urges to blame. All that being said, I do wish we could exist in a world in which people stopped giving a shit about autistically pigeonholing everything and sundry and just embraced the chaos that is human sexuality. You can be as vanilla as you like, of course. It's up to you.
