The boards are stand alone in that sense and are in the hand of people who a genuienely are invested enough in running it because they created it personally. If one board goes to shit because of bots, and can't be salvaged, it can be abandoned, quarantined and out right deleted, like jettisoning a fuel tank from a rock, or ejecting unwanted cargo. much quicker than bots can over run a board to eventually over run the whole site.
